ZBL makes transport in Flexitanks easy. We have all the technical know-how, arrange for the Flexitanks to be installed in containers and/or train your employees to do this. Our company operates all over the world, to the full satisfaction of an ever expanding customer base.
Flexitanks are suitable for a wide range of liquid bulk, both foods and chemicals, excluding ADR and IMO.
The Flexitank will fit into any 20-foot container. Depending on the intended cargo, the capacity varies from 14,000 to 24,000 litres (14 to 24 KL). For an optimal protection of your cargo, each Flexitank consists of several layers of polyethylene, with an outer layer made of polypropylene to ensure the bag's sturdiness. The addition of a layer of aluminium allows for extra protection against temperature variations and air absorption.
Your product (for example wine) will always retain the same, consistent quality during transport. A metal bulkhead together with plastic panels prevent the Flexitank from coming into contact with the container wall during transport.
Flexitanks are manufactured at HACCP-certified factories and fully meet all current FDA and EU regulations pertaining to food safety.
